Default how compatable would a 1988 and a 1994 Honda Accord be for parts, specifically A/C Hoses?

I own a 1988 Honda accord and can buy a 94 for parts, the question is how many parts on the 94 will actually be useable on the 88? Thanks in advance. 10 points to best researched answer.

while the fitting might fit, you will have a few different problems to deal with

the hoses/pipes will not line up well at all, you can try to bend them but this could cause more problems down the road

also you may have to worry about if the new parts are retrofitted for r134a as opposed to r12 frion

when it comes down to it, do you really need a/c in a 22 year old car?
