Default Help, 96 Accord wont start?

The past couple of days as I would start my car it would sputter,but it did start. This morning I went to start my car and it would not turn over. Lights and radio work. Is it the spark plugs or something else?

Check the following;

1. spark plugs

2. wires

3. distributor

5. rotor

6. ignition coil

7. fuel pump not working properly

8. faulty fuel pump relay

9. clog fuel filter

10. weak battery

11. dirty battery terminals

12. starter starts to fail

13. loose wiring connection between battery, starter and alternator

Have these things check first. Hope this help!
