Default H23 with H22 V-Tec head or full H22 V-Tec?

would i get more hp if i slap on a h22 v-tec head on my h23 block or should i just get a full h22 motor? or what would be better/fast i wana smash! haha jk but i want more for power though thanks.

Go to this site and ask your question there under the correct section. They will have an answer for you. Also, T-14 your Ford wouldn't make it to the finish line unless you stopped half way to make repairs. F ound O n the R oad D ead/F ix O r R epair D aily.
