Default Should I buy a Honda Accord, Civic, or Toyota Camry?

I'm looking to purchase a relatively inexpensive car while in college. The school I will be attending is 3 hours away from my home(therefore, I'm looking for a car with an available V6 engine, which I know the Accord and Camry offer).

I currently drive a 1997 Toyota Camry LE with close to 180,000 miles. It still drives well, but I don't want to push it to the limit by driving 3-hour commutes with it. I will be commuting back home every other week for my internship.

The main limits for the purchase are that the car must be around or under 30k (33k max) and must have a V6 engine, which I think would be better for the long commutes.

The Honda Civic has a really ugly front grill, but aside from that its ok I guess.

Not sure I see the need to buy another car unless u just want to spend money. If the old car is still running fine why rush. If taken care of those cars go a long time. I have seen vehicles with over 300,000 and still going. Save up and pay cash.

Honda Accord or Toyota Camry.

Several of my family members have had Accords and they have all been reliable cars. They are roomy and spacious, but also economic- friendly.

Since you already have a camry, you might want to stay with that. you're used to it and know the general use of the car. I personally prefer Toyota's. I have always had Toyota's, and have never had any problems. You might want to take into consideration the Toyota Recall from a while back, especially if you're going to purchase an older model.

I agree, i don't like the Honda Civic!

If you want a really good deal on a car, try autotrader.com
