Default HOT Honda Prelude won't start

I Just acquired a 1990 Honda Prelude.
Not sure what issues it is loaded with but one issue has become
increasingly annoying. In temperatures over 60 degrees it wont start.
I turn the key in the ignition and all it does is wind...rrrrr...rrrrrr.rrrrrr.
Has anyone had this experience, does anyone have some advice.
