Not 100% sure for the civic but my '99Accord and 2003 CRV are both torqued at 80 pounds per square inch. You could safely assume your's is the same as 80 pounds won't break the wheel bolts. You might have 4 instead of 5 would be the only difference.

There are a few places to find this out. First, look in the owner's manual. If you lost the owner's manual there is usually a placard or decal near where the spare tire or jack is located. This many times will have the lug nut torque value.

If all else fails make a call or a road trip to your local Honda dealer. Either the parts or service department would be more than willing to help.

It also makes a big difference if the vehicle has steel rims or alloy rims. The torque value is usually less for alloy rims.

80 Lbs. of torque is correct for OEM wheels, however, if you have aftermarket rims then you should consult the mfg. which is typical 90 Lbs. then.
