Default I can't decide what car is should get? a 2004 Subaru impreza wrx or a 2001 honda prelude type SH?

The wrx has a salvaged/reconstructed title due to minor front end damage. has a new bumper and a new hood. They want 11,500 for the impreza wrx and the prelude they want 10,000.. what should i get?
