well for under 300 your not gonna get much power. but you can get generic aftermarket headers on ebay for like 70 and some nology spark plugs with ngk iridium and a throttle body spacer with a msd distributor coil. not a whole lot of power but you will feel a difference. if you are going to get headers remember that a 4-2-1 header gives you better acceleration but 4-1 gives you better top speed.

if all you added was a CAI and an exhaust then i hate to tell you this: but aside from the noise difference, you wasted your money on the exhaust. an exhaust system only frees up wasted HP (you probably gained only 2-5hp at the most for it just fyi), it doesnt create any new HP...and honda, especially the si's, do a very good job hardware wise of not letting any go to waste. unless you are going F/I there is no need at all to upgrade your exhaust.

not much more you can do for $300. the SI ecu's already have a pretty good tune. you might be able to free up a little HP with a lightweight pulley system, those are pretty cheap.

also more hp (unless it is freed up HP, but there is only so much that you can free up) ALWAYS equals less mpg. your car has an air/fuel ratio that it maintains and really is the only way of making new HP. more air=more fuel=less mpg.
