Default header studs replacable?

earlier today, i was working on my 88 honda accord LX and i had to inspect the exhaust system. I figured it would be alot easier to drop the whole exhaust system so i could go through it. while un-bolting the pipe from the stock header, i broke 2 studs off.

are these studs replacable? and if so, how easy is it? would the manifold have to come off?

please reply
