Default isit bad if i put filter from Short ram intake to the throttle body w/o piping?

i have a honda cr-v

no, but the purpose of the piping is to move the filter closer to the front of the engine bay where cooler air is available, cooler air equals more power.

Yes, your car won't run. Your intake piping doesn't JUST "locate the filter at the front", it houses sensors like your manifold absolute pressure sensor and your inlet air temperature sensor. These sensors are used to measure, obviously, how warm the air is going into the engine and how much air is going into the engine, so the computer knows to spray the right amount of fuel into the engine. Without those sensors, your car won't run. You need that intake tubing between the throttle body and filter.
