Default 95 honda prelude electrical problem

I have a '95 Honda prelude and a month ago the headlights started too stay on regardless that the switch was off and there was no key in the ignition. Is this some type of short or ground problem? Every time I stop I have to disconnect the battery so it won't die on me. Any answers?
