Default 91 accord sometimes starting problems?

i just got this 91 accord and sometimes it likes to start and other times it doesnt. sometime when i try to start it it will just turn over but not fire or sometimes choke. when it does start i can hear a screetch for the first 5 seconds or so i think its a belt. and also it idles real funny jumping around rough. anyone who has experience with hondas or similar problems please let me know. Thanks!

The hard starting and bad running are probably the main relay - see the first source. It is probably the most common Honda problem. The screech is the alternator belt as the battery tries to recharge - time for a new belt, I'm sure.

Check your fuel pump and fuel pump relay. Check also your alternator belt. It might needs tightening. Hope this help!
