Hey guys I bought new rims for my Honda Civic here's a pic:

I was wondering if it would look good on my lowered civic (at least an inch to the ground type) I already have yokohama tires 205/40 R17... So i need some advice if its really nice

Yes it will be a perfect choice of brand and design. It will look good on a lowered civic. Choose the right offset to avoid rubbing. Your choice of tires is perfect too, yokohama is a good brand of tire. Nice specification too.
