Default 2005 Honda civic cluster swap?

I swapped my 05 civic vp cluster to a 03 civic EX cluster gauge. Everything works successfully, besides the mileage (which i do not mind because it is lower than the actual mileage LOL) and the ABS light. This is because my version of the car does not have ABS. How would i go about turning the ABS light off permanently? I have tried the tape over the LED and that does not work. There is no light bulb to remove because it is a LED. Any suggestions?
