Default Do deep lip rims have positive or negative offset?

I dont really get offset. Am trying to get the deepest lip . They have -25 mm offset. Are these really deep. Does anyone have a good site of were i can look at one. Am asking because am buying online. Its going on a classic car. Thanks.

you will need camber kits and caster
