Why would you want to do this? I am guessing you are into custom foreign sport cars maybe? If you really like the car and this is why you want to do it then I understand. My honest opinion would be to tell you that it is too much trouble. Why dont you sell your car and find a honda accord the same year as yours with the V6 that has a stick shift. On the other hand, it could be done providing you work with an experienced mechanic who knows what he is doing. I can tell you one thing. It will require you purchase a whole different transmission. Second, you may have to customize the mounting methods of the new "manual" transmission being they are designed differently. This is why I tell you to buy a car already set up this way. Classic Chevrolet's are easier to convert one to the other but when getting into Hondas and being they are front wheel drives, it can be a pain. I would not do it unless I really wanted to take the risk and go up against a challange while risking my ride. Basically, I see this being a mickey mouse way of achieving a stick shift. My honest recomendation is to put your car for sale while looking into a stick of the same year. This way you get a solid car. No jo bloes hands all over it. Rule of thumb is when people put their hands on cars they always leave parts out when they are done. "they dont care"...I hate to say it but it is hard to find people who really really really know what they are doing. They just dont do it like the factory. Hope this helps
