Default Does anyone know the radio code for the 2005 Honda Odyssey?

I left the door partly open and my battery died. After I got it jumped and let it run, etc, I went to turn the radio on and it just said "Code". I tried typing in random numbers a few times, but it just kept saying Error 1, Error 2...the clock screen is blank also (I assume this is connected to the radio)

So is there a way of finding out the code? I'm not sure where the book is and don't feel like digging through drawers to search for it.

Oh, so it's a safety thing? No wonder the anti-theft light is blinking red instead of green. You'd think they'd make the alarm go off or something then.

You will need to go back to the dealer to get the code.

You may be able to find something with in this site....Good luck.

Call your dealer and they will ask you some questions to get make/model, and they will tell you your code.

....are listed on the anti-theft ID card that comes with the vehicle. If this card is lost, you must obtain the audio unit serial number in order to get the radio code....

This info is for a 95 Accord so it may or may not help.

i work for a honda dealership, this is by far the most ANNOYING question in the world! first i understand your frustration, its stupid tha honda even has a radio code, no one wants to steal your stock, oversized radio (at least not anymore) that trend went out in the 90's. So for your radio code you have to first look in you "Service History" book it should be on the first page. If its not there look for a white sticker with a 5 digit number (the numbers ranging from 1-6) in the trunk lid, rear hatch frame, the casing of the glove box (inside & outside) or in the drivers door jamb. if you find that sticker and it has letters or more that 5 numbers that thats the serial number. if its not in any of those places youre basically screwed cause what the dealership need is the serial number located on the backside of the radio which is specific to that radio ONLY not the vehicle. in other words giving the dealership you VIN number will not help them locate it. so in order for them to get your radio code of the back of the radio they will need to remove your radio which at a dealership is expensive. the best way to enter it at this point is to unplug you positive battery cable (black one) and leave it upnplugged for 30-45seconds then reattach it then enter the code.

You can retrieve the code from here: https://radio-navicode.honda.com/ Make sure you write it down and put in a safe place for future reference. Also, if you are on Honda Owner link https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/login.asp?brand=honda you can enter it in there, and it will be saved for future reference.
