Yes its the exact same bolt pattern.
100% it will work/fit right.

yes, its the same fitment, only the '99 type-R (EK9) were different, with a 5x114 pattern, both the Si and DX have the 4x100 fitment.
people are always putting the VTi blade alloys on regular civics.
