Default 2006 Civic Problems after battery swap

I have a 2006 Civic, I took it today to get a new battery put in it and now their is all sorts of problems going on.

1) Keyless entry is no longer working

2) The car will only lock if it is presently turned on

3) The radio won't come on...... We have the code for it but even the backlight is not coming on.

Before swapping out the battery all of these things worked flawlessly.

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on?
