Default 1998 Odyssey 4 cylinder OBDII 1361

TD Sensor possibly bad? @ 3k RPM engine sputters consistently.
Tried Iginition Control MOdule/Distributor Cap/swapped plug wires/checked/cleaned plugs, to no avail.
Code 1361, Wondering if my coil could break down in such a way as to give this code?
Hoping to not have to replace TD Sensor, quite costly.
This is the old 2.3L 4 Cylinder motor.
thanks in adcvance.
