Default 98 honda civic catalytic converter bypass?

I have an aftermarket exhaust system on my 98 civic dx hatch, B16b engine, and i was wondering if there is an 02 bypass switch, or someway i can get around putting a catalytic converter on the car..?

its illegal to do so, plus youll never pass smog.
