Default Car static Shock

I get zapped everytime I get out and close the door of my Honda Accord 2006! It mainly happens in cold and dry weather regardless of the type of clothes i am wearing. I found a website selling car grounding straps. The car ground strap at Antistatic for cars - STOP static shocks! Stop Static Electricity in your vehicle! claims to remove static electricity and eliminates dust accumulation. Has anyone tried the strap?

Thanks
