Default I want to "tune up" to my 94 Honda Accord. How tight do the spark plugs go in and what...

...cables do you recommend? Preferably for both performance and fuel economy.

I recommend cables the can wrap easily around the bedpost without marring the finish....and the spark plug needs to fit snuggly for adequate "sparking" performance.

The cables have no bearing on fuel economy. If they are working, leave them alone. Use the plug called for in the owner's manual, gap it to spec and tighten to 25 foot pounds.
