Default Dash Lights in 2002 Civic

I have a 2002 Honda Civic LX Sedan. One of the lights behind the rear window defroster button and the gas gauge must have gone out because i can't see the defrost button when its dark and the gas gauge is dim, but still visible because i'm assuming there's more than one light behind the dash. I was wondering how to replace these, and I was wondering if it were possible to replace them with LED's. I want to change basically all the lights, minus the radio lights, to LEDs, is this possible and if so how hard would it be.
