Default ive a kinetic honda dx and it haves starting trouble b cos current is insufficient plz

tell me what to do? ive check or current at spark plug but its very week.even chage d cdi n ht coil but thers no responce and even it have a problem of air blockege plz tell me something to solve d problem

jump car by connecting another car to battery. if its all good then its good.
