Default i want to do a motor swap in my 95 prelude se can i use my H23A trans with a H22A motor?

i want to do a motor swap in my 95 prelude se can i use my H23A trans with a H22A motor?

yes u can. The H23 tranny will just have a longer gear ratio then the H22 tranny. What this mean is that it will taken longer for u to shift with the h23 tranny then a h22 tranny because the h22 tranny is made with shorter gear ratio and better for racing. Now there is a good side to the h23 tranny, if u put in a turbo or supercharger. Hope this helps
