Default Does Honda let you transfer payments to someone else?

I'm selling my 2010 Honda Civic but I still owe money on it. The person buying it wants to take over the payments, and give me the difference. Do you know if Honda's financial company allows the car and payments to be transferred into someone else's name?

Nope...

Your not paying Honda for your car, you already paid them in full when you got it. You are paying the bank for the loan you took out on the car when you bought it.

If your selling your car the person buying it has to take out a loan for the car and start making payments to that bank.. I'm in the same boat..
