Default need honda engine help?

I have a 1992 honda prelude with an f22b engine in it. It was given to me as a project to work on because it was almost undrivable. My dad and I decided to start working on it and we actually know the guy who had given it to me and he guessed what was wrong with it and he figured it was warped heads. We opened it up and found out the heads were fine but it is most likely going to be a cylinder ring. We decided to just replace the entire engine but I am having a bit of a problem finding out where to find cheap, reliable honda engines with a warranty. preferable in Arizona but I am willing to order it from online. Does anyone know of a good website to look for engines?

idk about a warranty or anything but you can look on some car forums. dont put a stock engine in there, why not put a K in there? lol. i saw a k20 on 8thcivic (dot) com selling for 2 grand. it might cost you a little but that prelude will be pretty fast. ludes are a little on the heavy side tho so u may want to get a k24 frankenstein if you can. also look on club rsx.

CNS Motors is who I've used in the past. Here's their link:

BTW, the f22b is an Accord engine. While it will work with on a Prelude, the '92 Prelude actually comes equipped with the H23A1 (Si model) or F22a(S model). Make sure your problem isn't that the ECU. It could be the case of an H23 or f22a ECU being used with an f22b engine. That could make it undrivable as well.

Best Honda engine site EVER, period.

They always ship the right motor, they come low mileage, and most engines are a complete change over so they include everything from the transmission and axles to the sensors. I have yet to hear anything bad about them, just ask around on one of the most popular Honda forums; http://honda-tech.com/. There will be endless vouches for Hmotorsonline.com
