when you say running out of water do you mean that the radiator is bone dry? if so you got a massive leak somewhere, or your radiator is taking a dump.

the thermostat could be sticking or no good, intake could be cracked. do you have a puddle on the block? if so inspect the hoses and the intake.

at this time of the year, your motor is gonna freeze up if you dont keep anti freeze in it.

If your water level is getting low, it should have leak somewhere, either external or internal. You said that you cannot see leak under or there is no water mix with oil, i suggest you bring it to a good Honda mechanic to check it properly by a professional. Also check your radiator cap, it might be loosing pressure thats why there is a loose of water. Hope this helps!

the sensor that tells the fan, that turns on to cool the water might be out. if it is the water is boiling up and overflowing out the top of the radiator. you will have to bypass the sensor and wire it to turn on whenever the car turns on or replace the sensor.
