Default Service details for 1,20,000KMS

Am about to reach 1,20,000KMS maintanence service. I doesnot do the service from a dealer. However, I do regular checkups and services from a Person who is an expert Honda technician with full technical facility in his garage.

I feel like the engine noise has been increased a bit and that AT gear shifting / transition from 3rd to 2nd is bit tuff.

I would appreciate what all should I be considering to cross check to overcome the above and with the 1,20,000KMS maintanence service.
