Default Erratic Idle cure

I have had many 96-2000 Civics that have erratic idle after warm up and a high idle when in park. This especially happens when the car has been sitting for awhile. Take the throttle body off. Remove Idle Air Control Valve with the 4 small screws. Remove the electrical control that has two screws. Now spray the inside with PB Blaster or Marvel Mystery oil until the small cylinder is free. You will see how carboned up the valve is when you get it apart. DO NOT take the end off that has the two tiny phillips head screws !!!
