Default Civic 98 rear bumper replacement costs

Ok so since I'm a moron I failed at pulling into my garage, I ended up ripping off half of my bumper. It has a crack in the horizontal part that faces the sky, but not in the vertical part that faces a car behind me. All of the holes on the bumper holding it to the actual car have been destroyed completely. I'm pretty sure I'll need a whole new bumper. How much is this mistake going to cost me?

And when I say bumper I really mean the bumper cover.
