Default Is this the stock Radio Amplifier on my '93 Honda Civic Del Sol?

it is on the floor on the passenger side under the glove box where your feet go.http://i46.tinypic.com/20mt7c.jpg

No that is the car's ecu (computer). the stock radio had the amp built into the radio.
