They are about equivalent.

Anymore, other new cars are every bit as reliable (Ford, Hyundai, Nissan, Mazda, GM). It is only the price and depreciation that sets them apart.

If you take care of the Honda, it will last ten times longer than the camry. the Camrys blow head gaskets in the 4 cylinder engines easily anyway. Id go Honda.

The Accord is better to drive in the twisties (it handles better). The Camry rides softer and is generally a little more comfortable when cruisng. Besides that they're pretty much even in any other category besides styling, and styling preference is purely subjective.

I'd buy the Camry if I did a lot of long distance driving. I'd get the Accord if I did more city driving or if I had some nice curvy roads around where I lived.

Chevy Impala. Extremely reliable, comfortable, and surprisingly light on its toes. Ls starts at 19,000, gets 34 gallons on the highway, and accelerates like nothing else. Feels small, looks sporty, but big inside. I strongly encourage you to buy, or just test drive an Impala. Even if you don't like American cars, try it. I promise you'll be in love with it at the end of the test drive. If your looking for something nicer than 19,000 will buy you, go for the LTZ which is the luxury model with a bigger engine and more standard equipment. Please go to your local Chevy dealer and try one out. I guarantee it will change your mind about the Camry and Accord. Please email get back to me in my inbox if you need more info , or if you go for a test drive I would like to know what you think! Thanks so much
