It's not good to let your car just site there. When I went out of town for a couple of months, I lent my car to my brother to drive once a week or so. Sometimes cars will get flooded if they're not driven for long periods of time.

It probably is the battery. You cant leave a car to sit for months, you need to start it up every 1-4 weeks.

Check the positive/negative connection to see if there clean. A dirty connection will seem like your battery is dead.

If the starter turns the flywheel? If no, your motor is locked up. If it turns but doesnt starts, probably some moisture has damaged some conectors: Check for spark. Check for fuel on the injectors. If none of them, check the computer. If fuel but not spark, check the ignitor and coils. If spark but not fuel, check fuel pump. If nothing fix it, get a new car.

If you leave your car for a couple of months without starting, the only first thing that will have a problem is your battery. It will be discharge. Next is your starter. It could be stock up or rusted. Spark plug might be failing and fuel pump could be malfunctioning. Have this check by a good Honda mechanic. Hope this helps!
