Looking to get a 4 door ef and getting a japanese front conversion on it...... I know the obvious difference is the front bumper with fog lamps..... but what else is different?

JDM has more wrap around blinkers on the bumper similar to the integra. the grill in the middle of the bumper is different, JDM doesnt have that filler piece (forget what it is called) between the front bumper and the hood, the US one has it JDM doesnt (si-r) headlights look bigger on the JDM but it could just be a illusion.
