Default Where to get my Honda CR-V lowered?

I have a Honda CR-V 4x4 2003. I want to lower this car. I looked at lowering springs on google for pricing. Where should i buy them? and is that all i need, Just springs, or do i need a whole lowering kit? How much will it cost and where do i get this done at?
