Default 2000 Odyssey - Sliding Door Issues - Help

Greetings everyone,

I have a 2000 Odyssey (bought new) with ~187,000 miles. Recently the passenger sliding door jams / stick about half way back. If I slide it back very slowly the door will open all the way. In looking down the track it looks like the roller is bouncing from side to side.
Any suggestions on the fix? Part(s)?

On the driver side sliding door the exterior handle no longer opens the door. One can pull on the sliding door handle and it just pulls outward and does not catch on anything.

Any assistance / information would be appreciated. Having one sliding door not fully functional is an inconvience, having two is disfunctional. I'd like to really try and fix this myself instead of the dealer. Recently laid off and funds are in short supply.

Thanks in advance for any help.
