ive been told they do and they dont, when i stomp it it feels like theres a little extra push at a little over 4k rpms like a vtec motor does?

i do not think the vtec motor is in the passport

No vtec. It's an isuzu motor.

It's not a V-tec motor. And it's not an Izusu motor. Izusu just puts the motor in there vehicle too. the extra push you feel is when the max torque lets up and the horse power kicks in. pull up a torque band chart online and you'll understand a little more.
