Does anyone know the trick to removing this...

Inner door handle or outer door handle????

interior- 1 screw behind a plastic cover, slide towards the front of the car til it unsnaps

exterior- remove door panel, there are 2 10mm on the handle, then you have to slide it forward and up, itll take some messing around to get the mechanism to clear.

i did this on my 98 CL, same body as 97 accord. Squishy is dead on right.

remove door panel from inside door, should be able to reach nuts on outer door handle and inner.
