I just bought a 98 prelude but both windows wont work. I'm hoping its just a fuse. I switched the window fuse in the fuse box located under the hood. but that didn't work. Could it be a fuse under the dash and how will i know which one because those don't have labels. help.

The manual should detail what the fuses under the hood are, although I'm pretty sure the window fuse is inside the car.
It could also be a problem with the switch or the window motors themselves. A relay could also be to blame. Check that the window lock switch isn't activated. |

If it were the fuse the window motor would still be recieving a very slight amount of power and you would be seeing your window go down Very Very Very slowly. So if they both are going down then I'd say check your relay or both motors are out. (which is not uncommon in the last generation prelude)
