I wanna know how good of a deal anyone got on their 09 or 2010 Honda Civic Coupe. I'm looking at Lx bc its cheaper. Can ya tell me how much you got yours for and if you got yours in Oklahoma or Texas please let me know where so I can hopefully get a good deal there to. Thanks so much. Also any way you think I could talk them down would be helpful. This is my first new car purchase and I want a good deal.

i just bought an 09 LX (sedan not a coupe) last week, $16,900 with a $700 trade allowance for a late 90s model car that was broken down and probably worth about scrap only, so i basically paid $16,200 (but then ~$1000-1500 in taxes/title/fees etc which youll get hit with on any car). i live in the midwest. i went to 2 different dealerships and both told me no when i asked to go much lower so i think i got a good price, one of the dealerships was almost out of 09s so if theyre really trying clearance them out you might get a better deal. basically just ask for a lower price, dont give in to their pressure. dont go in and buy the same day, walk away if you arent getting a price you want, you can always come back. do research and see what other people are paying, what the invoice price vs current dealer holdbacks and incentives, what your trade-in is worth, etc. consumer reports sells a report with all that info in it for like $15, i didnt buy i though
