Default is my honda civic fuel pump bad?

My car is having a problem but i dont know if is the fuel pump.

Sorry if I dont explain the best way lol, I tries my best !

thank you for the replies.

When im driving my car and I press the gas I can feel it looses power.

When Im on 1st, I press the gas and the car starts to go but at some point it slows down for like a sec then catch up power. same when Im on the highway, im on 3rd and the car do it more, pick up power then loses power, and when I have a half tank of gas, it do it a lot more and I have to put gas. I know my tank is not empty when is say that i have a half tank because all it takes is like $10. the engine check comes on when Im on half tank too, not when is full. when i press the gas all the way it dont pick up speed as fast it should, but if i release it slow theres a spot that the car picks up speed but if i press it again it slows down but pick up speed slower.

Some ppl told me it can be:

fuel filter under the hood

fuel pump

spark plugs

honestly to me it sounds like your throttle position sensor (tps) may be bad

get your car serviced regularly at a good dealer or honda specialist then these problems wouldn't happen the only way to find problems these days is with electronic diagnostic equipment although an experienced honda mechanic can drive the car and tell you immediately what is wrong rather than depend on "some people"
