a if i run OBD1 injectors from the 93 da i can remove the injector resistor box off my crx ?

Yeah, so you just run obd1 injectors. It's always been that way and that's the way it doubtless will stay

Yes, if your using OBD1 injectors you just connect the 12v wire to the 4 injector wires so there is no need for a resistor box.
