Hey friend no the chassis are different and if ur buddy were to install them they may not fit properly and could cause serious injury or death. Consult with skunk2 but i highly doubt they would fit bro. Integra are a very interesting beast. Good luck and happy tuning.

it will fit, but I believe the Accord required a stiffer spring rate..or one of the other. Me and my buddie installed an Accord coil-over spring into my buddie 89 Civic. But only the rear. The Accord Coil-over sleeve didn't fit so we cut the sleeve down to fit. I believe Accord front spring are larger than Civic and Integra. I recommend using the right spring for the right car.. I know Civic and Integra are interchangeable. Spring size are the same only difference is spring rate. but yea.. I wouldn't put integra spring on Accord Good up.. and be careful when installing spring. Removing the nut to hold the spring can be dangerous and can kill someone when the nut shoots off..
