1st car? Then you better check the insurance before you buy it as your going to have an nasty shock when you check the price.

These new civics are a GREAT BUY!!! Look at the transmission fluid. Is it nice and RED? check the CAR FAX. Check with the previous owner if possible. Over 100,000 miles? see if it had the timing belt and water pump replaced. This is absolutely necessary.
