Default I have a 1983 prelude (2nd gen) then engine is bad, i think its just the heads, Where can i find
new ones? Also what parts are compatible with the engine and does this car have any potential?

I don't know which carry parts all the way back to 1983 though, that's a pretty old Prelude. As for engines I'm not sure either, I'm more familiar with 1990+ Honda's.
