I would call JDM and ask what oil filter to use. Then you can find what is an acceptable replacement.
My replacement engine on my Civic was canadian spec engine. But it still took standard Civic oil filters. The filter is the same on my 1999 Accord 4 cylinder. I prefer fram 3593a, because it fits my oil filter wrench. And when I get it changed professionally the filters are usually skinnier. |
