okay so i have a carbon fiber hood im about to put my car away for the winter and im puting it in my backyard covered with one of those covers im wondering if it will get ruined even though iits covered?

No. It will be fine. The only downside to carbon fiber hoods is the gelcoat that they put on it. They ALL yellow and oxidize over time and the only way to fix it when it happens is to replace the hood or you have to paint it with regular paint which would eliminate the carbon fiber look.
