Its a 96 eclipse. I was trying to connect my new stock radio and matched all wires together from car to harness by color. The rears work but fronts nothing.

I looked behind the front speakers and they where connected,

colors matched to my harness, but for some odd reason the speaker wires have 2 or even 3 same color speaker wires....

I connected every "same color" speaker wires together and to my harness. What could cause this? P.S. my radio is on normal setting.

try connecting the ground from the stereo to the ground wire from the speakers instead of connecting it to the ground that matches the color
